Ok all you Xbox Live Silver subscribers, if you’ve been holding out or your Xbox Live Gold subscription has just expired, Microsoft is offering a one month Gold subscription for only $1. And for our friends across the pond, you too can upgrade your “silver status” for £1.

However there’s a small catch. If you do not cancel the one month offer, it will automatically renew for the next 11 months. The good thing is, it’s very easy to cancel your Xbox Live subscription. And for those of us who may forget causing a renewal, you can opt out for a refund.
