For last years Scion Tuner Challenge, three builders were invited to trick out the Scion tC. With a limited budget and unlimited imaginations, each builder was asked to modify the car however they pleased. The car featured above was the final entrant in last year's Scion tC Tuner Challenge. Titled the "Revault tC" this awesome design is the brainchild of John Pangilinan, a customizing consultant, and one of the first Scion xB owners in California.
