That’s right those mall walking zombies are back! And no I don’t mean holiday shoppers from last Christmas. Capcom has officially announced the sequel to their “other” zombie killer franchise, Dead Rising 2. The story takes place years after the first Dead Rising, where the virus causing the dead to walk again has now spread throughout the United States. Starring a new main character, pictured above, the game will take place in Fortune City which resembles Las Vegas, and will be developed by Blue Castle Games.

Dead Rising 2 will be released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. No official date has been announced, but we are eagerly awaiting its release.
