Randi Young, 24, and Heath Blom, 26, of Portsmouth New Hampshire, were arrested on December 25, 2008 for allegedly assaulting each other over a Christmas gift. The fight broke out between the two when Heath (the boyfriend) was given a Nintendo Wii for Christmas, instead of a remote controlled airplane, which he asked for. During the dispute, when Randi (the girlfriend) tried to leave, “Blom allegedly grabbed her by the hair and she turned around and hit him.”

A judge has ordered the couple to stay away from each other and as of Monday, refuses to lift the ban.
