Fans can now literaly get into The Spirit, days before it's theatrical release. The Spirit iPhone Application enables tech savvy fans (noobs too) of the cult graphic artist/film director, Frank Miller, to see themselves depicted in the directors’ iconic style made popular in “300” and “ Sin City ”.

The Spirit iPhone app works by, iPhone users clicking on their picture and uploading it to create a 3-D clone of themselves. Once uploaded, users are able to access content from the film and replace the stars of THE SPIRIT – Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes, Jamie King and Gabriel Macht – with their own 3-D images. There are six animated scenes and 20 images to choose from.

Additional longer scenes are available on http://MyCityScreams.com, where users just upload one to three photos to get into “The Spirit”.
