Who doesn’t love toys? I remember as a kid I would sit and play for hours with my He-Man, Ninja Turtles and ThunderCats action figures. I would tie them to bottle-rockets, throw them down stairs or string thread all over my house, and have Gi-Joes sliding around on paper clips.
But, now as an adult I no longer mistreat and destroy my toys. I can now appreciate the design, quality and time artists must put in, to create these little masterpieces. And now, toys have become apart of my growing collection including comics, cards and other memorabilia. As an avid fan of video games and toys, it's great to see the two merge together into wonderful pieces of art, we can all collect.
In 2009 we are going to see wonderfully detailed and designed action figures and collectibles from our favorite video games including: Street Fighter 4, Halo 3, Bionic Commando and Resident Evil 5. Checkout the details and pictures below.
Halo 3

Street Fighter 4
Street Fighter… never heard of it? Yeah right! The number one fighting game franchise of all time is coming back for its 4th editon. (Not really, there are probably close to 15 versions of street fighter between Street Fighter 1 – 4, but who’s really counting.) To celebrate the upcoming game, NEC will be releasing the first series of action figures featuring Ken, Ryu and new comer Crimson Viper. Look for this set to be released in 2009.
